What Happens After You Submit a Request?

Step 1: Initial Technical Review (24–48 Business Hours)

A licensed Professional Engineer reviews your process parameters, fuel supply conditions, dimensional constraints, and regulatory requirements. If additional information is needed, we contact you directly for clarification.

Step 2: Scope Definition & Code Path Mapping

We identify the exact governing codes applicable to your project (CSA B149.1, CSA B149.2, CSA B149.3, NFPA 86, OBC/NBCC, ESA, or ASME B31.3) and establish the required engineering deliverables.

Step 3: Formal Engineering Proposal & Work Plan

We provide a detailed, itemized technical proposal outlining the scope of work, defined milestone deliverables, project schedule, and fixed engineering fee structure. There are no hidden fees or unexpected change orders for baseline scope.

Step 4: Project Kickoff & Execution

Upon authorization, we initiate detailed thermodynamic calculations, mechanical modeling, and electrical schematic drafting under our internal Quality Assurance manual (QM-001).

Step 5: QA Review & P.Eng Stamping

All calculations, drawing sheets, and submittal forms undergo internal peer review before being officially signed and sealed by a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng).

Step 6: Final Deliverable Release & Regulatory Support

You receive high-resolution, revision-controlled PDF drawing packages, calculation reports, and Bills of Materials ready for shop fabrication, field pipefitting, or direct submission to regulatory review boards (TSSA or ESA).
